Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte: 5-Minute Easy Fall Recipe

  • Author: Lara
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

A homemade iced pumpkin spice latte made with real pumpkin puree, cold brew coffee, and customizable sweeteners. It’s a fast, healthier alternative to coffee shop drinks that captures the true flavor of autumn.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480ml) Cold Brew Coffee or Strong Black Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup (240ml) Milk of Choice (e.g., oat, almond, coconut, or whole milk)
  • 12 tablespoons (15-30ml) Sweetener (e.g., maple syrup, honey, or simple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Vanilla Extract
  • Ice Cubes
  • Whipped Cream (Optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker bottle or mason jar, combine the pumpkin puree, milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
  2. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the mixture is frothy, smooth, and uniform.
  3. Fill a highball or large glass about halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the cold brew coffee over the ice.
  5. Slowly pour the pumpkin milk mixture over the coffee to create layers.
  6. Stir gently with a long spoon to mix the coffee and pumpkin milk.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if needed.
  8. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of extra pumpkin spice if desired.

Notes

Use 100% pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling. For best results, use cold brew coffee for a smoother, less acidic taste. If using hot coffee, ensure it is cooled down to prevent melting the ice too quickly. The pumpkin milk mixture can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
