Description
A refreshing, easy-to-make summer cocktail featuring Crown Royal whisky, peach nectar, fresh lemon juice, and sparkling water. It offers a perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors with zero bartending skills required.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Crown Royal Canadian Whisky
- 4 ounces 100% Peach Nectar
- 2–3 ounces Club Soda or Sparkling Water
- 0.5 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- Ice Cubes (large cubes preferred)
- Lemon Wheels (for garnish)
- Fresh Mint Leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill highball glasses or mason jars with ice.
- Pour 2 ounces of Crown Royal whisky over the ice in each glass.
- Add 4 ounces of peach nectar to the glass, allowing it to swirl with the whisky.
- Squeeze in 0.5 ounce of fresh lemon juice.
- Top with 2-3 ounces of club soda, pouring slowly down the side of the glass to preserve bubbles.
- Gently stir with a long spoon to combine ingredients until the color is uniform golden orange.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel or fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not use peach syrup; use 100% peach nectar for better flavor and texture. If making a batch for a party, mix the whisky, nectar, and lemon juice in a pitcher and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Add the club soda only right before serving to prevent it from going flat. For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the Crown Royal.
